Covid 19

We thank you for your support during this crazy time and have missed seeing you, but with our new safety measures in place, we are happy to be back open and serving our guests!

We do have some temporary systems in place to help protect you, our staff and contractors which are subject to change. The main changes are reduced table capacity, improved cleaning procedures and we'll be providing table service at all times. We also have QR codes on all the tables which can take you to our app where you can order and pay for your drinks online.

It is important that we work together to ensure everyone's safety so please read the following:

  • Please don’t come to the venue if you, or someone in your household, is feeling unwell or are experiencing any CV-19 symptoms.
  • We are cleaning all points of contact regularly.
  • Hand sanitiser stations are clearly displayed throughout the premises for your use.
  • Toilets regularly checked and cleaned by a member of staff.
  • Please only leave your table when you need to visit the toilet where you will need to be masked at all times.  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (only two people will be permitted to use the toilets at any one time).
  • The downstairs toilet is unisex and available for those with mobility issues or for baby changing. Please note this is not wheelchair accessible.
  • We welcome quiet, well behaved dogs, which must remain on a lead at all times.
  • Standing smoking spaces are limited in the garden, please respect social distancing. We discourage smoking at the front of the building.
  • Please do not come to the venue in large groups - Indoor tables are limited to 6 people from different households, with some exceptions for larger families of up to two households. We will also have some availability for larger groups in the garden from multiple households.
  • When visiting, please respect other people’s social distancing, don’t join tables together, be aware of the need for cleanliness and follow the guidelines from staff and on posters in the venue.
  • To assist the government’s Track & Trace efforts we will need to collect your contact details which will be held for 21 days. You can either
    • 1: NHS track & trace - Scan the QR code at the entrance & check-in
    • 2: Manually fill in your details on one of our track & trace forms
